Incorporate a BVI company

We can assist with the incorporation of a standard BVI offshore company through our affiliation with reputable registered agents in the BVI. Simply complete the form below and submit it to us. One of our consultants will then contact you and liaise with you in relation to the due diligence you will need to provide. The required documents typically include:

(i) a certified copy of the passport of each director and shareholder/beneficial owner;
(ii) a certified copy of a utility bill of each director and shareholder/beneficial owner; and
(iii) a reference letter for each director and shareholder/beneficial owner from a bank or reputable person who has known the individual for more than one year.

Once we receive payment and scanned copies of the due diligence documents which are in order then we can proceed to incorporate the company and once we receive the original due diligence documents we can release the incorporation documents.

Incorporation fees are as follows:

(a) for a company authorised to issue not more than 50,000 shares - US$1,299;
(b) for a company authorised to issue more than 50,000 shares - US$2,099.
