Conduct a Registry search on a BVI company

We can conduct searches at the BVI Registry of Corporate Affairs and BVI High Court Registry on any BVI company.

Our searches at the BVI Registry of Corporate Affairs will reveal: (i) company name; (ii) company number; (iii) date of incorporation; (iv) name change if any; (v) name of registered agent; (vi) registered office; (vii) authorised shares; (viii) type of shares; (ix) last license fee payment date; and also:

(a) the good standing status of the company;
(b) a copy of its certificate of incorporation;
(c) a copy of its memorandum and articles of association;
(d) a copy amendments filed (if any);
(e) a copy of any charges filed at the Registry;
(f) a copy of the register of directors (if filed);
(g) a copy of the register of members (if filed); and
(h) a copy of any other relevant document filed at the Registry.

The High Court Registry search would reveal whether there are any actions pending against the company in the BVI High Court.
